Full-Time Front of House Team Member

NinaLou, a French patisserie in the heart of Chester, is looking for a full-time team member to join our growing business. This role combines barista duties, point-of-sale operation, and front-of-house management—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks
– Operate point of sale system and handle transactions
– Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
– Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house space
– Support daily opening/closing procedures and smooth service flow

What We're Looking For:
– Reliable, full-time availability (this is not a summer-only position)
– Friendly, polished demeanor with excellent customer service skills
– Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy periods
– Previous experience in a café or bakery is a plus, but not required
– Willingness to learn and grow with a small, passionate team

Compensation:
– Minimum of $15.50/h; hourly rate to be determined based on experience
